Vistara becomes first Indian airline to offer free WiFi in flight

Private sector domestic airline company Vistara has launched Wi-Fi service within the aircraft. Vistara has become the first airline in the country to offer Wi-Fi within the aircraft. "As an initial offering, the service will be available free to all Vistara customers for a limited period," the airline reported. Vistara airline is joint venture between the Tata group and Singapore Airlines.

The company said today that the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, which recently joined its fleet, will get this facility from September 18. Later, It will also start in Airbus A321 Neo aircraft. The aircraft will be operated on the Delhi to London route.
