The most affected state Maharashtra has recorded 12,08,642 cases and 32,671 deaths. It is followed by Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh. According to data from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), India conducted 7,31,534 sample tests on Sunday, taking the total number of tests to 64,392,594. At the same time, the total number of cases in the world has been 30,9,18,269 and the death toll is 9,59,332.
