Pasta- 2 cups 
garlic buds- 12
Finely chopped onion- 2 
dry red chilli- 2
chicken breast- 2
salt- as per taste
Achari Mayonnaise- 3 teaspoons
tomato puree- 1/2 cup 
milk- 3/4 cup
Origano- 1 teaspoon 
oil- 4 teaspoons
Butter- 1 teaspoon

Method to cook:
-Boil water in a saucepan. Add pasta and some salt to it. Boil the pasta for about ten minutes. After that, take it out from hot water and keep it in cold water for some time and then put it in a bowl. 
-Cut the chicken breast lengthwise thinly. 
-Now heat a teaspoon of oil in the pan and add garlic and red chilli to it. When the garlic is cooked, put the onion in the pan and fry till it becomes golden. Add oregano to it and turn off the gas. 
-Now pour the onion-garlic mixture into the grinder and make a paste. 
-Heat two spoons of oil and a spoon of butter in the pan. Now pour the chicken breast in hot oil and cover the pan and cook the chicken breast. 
-After eight-nine minutes, add tomato puree to the pan and mix. When the tomato puree starts bubbling, add onion paste and achari mayonnaise to the pan and mix. 
-When the spices mixture starts boiling, add boiled pasta to the pan and mix well. Mix the salt as per taste. 
-Cook on a medium flame for four to five minutes and serve hot.
